My update on getting back on track

I am getting back on track after a six week hiatus due to work challenges and summer schedules. I have been to the gym both yesterday and this morning again. I am back to logging all food intake and tracking everything. Tracking works well for me. I still ate over mt calorie intake last night. After getting home instead of grabbing fruit or veggies as a snack prior to dinner, I made a turkey and cheese sandwich on a bun then ate dinner and had a bag of microwave popcorn for a snack. I typically do not snack after dinner at all and wasn't hungry bad choice. I have to commit to myself and not let extra calories sabotage me. I was down 20 pounds prior to this, and gained 3 back over the "break" I took. I am trying to just focus on my exercise program of 4 days a week and anything extra is a bonus and tracking everything I eat and really monitoring where I am. I am also focusing on getting my water in b/c when I do that, I am fuller longer. Also want to make sure to get in at least 3 veggies/fruits a day. I joined SparkCoach for a few months to help get me kick started. I like the program and I think it is helping now if I could take a SP Coach to the gym with me that would rock! Pray for me as I make these changes and I will pray for you as we make this journey. Thank you.
