O my, o did I let myself get right back in the same place I worked so hard to get away from? Well now it's back. I knew I was gaining, once I lost weight, it took 1 weekend of getting off course and now look at me-back at 225 LBS. What made me really realyl notice? I got a new job (THANK GOD) that is business attire. Now that I have gained all this weight back, I couldn't fit hardly ANY of my dress clothes. Well today's the day. It will take 1 day at a time but I'm determined to get thsi thing under wraps-Insanity day #2 to follow up after work. On your mark, get set, LEGGO!!! emoticon
