D40 - :) Code name!

Tuesday, August 14, 2012

Hahaha, I didn't have anything else to add to the title but felt odd leaving it at D40.

Mostly I wanted to check in on yesterday.

Did my 4 miler yesterday, legs still mega sore. Taking today off/maybe 4 so I can be more rested/recovered for my 11 that was supposed to be today, but I'll do tomorrow.

Food - I had some nutella+fluff. That was my sweet incident.

Dinner went kinda awry because our stovetop is cracked and we're waiting on a reply from the town home owners on what they're gonna do, and in the meantime we're nervous to use even the oven, so anyway.... I was going to pick up some food from the grocery store deli and buy bread for the week, but when I got over there the deli was closed and my DH suggested subway.

REALLY??? :D That makes it easier for me. Hahhaha.

I got a footlong BLT. I almost got chips. But put them back. I looked at the cookies, but said - remember the nutella? And your new plan to not do a sweet thing alll the time and at most once a day?

So hey - my new plan helped a bit! Woohoo!

My nutella is now empty and in the recycle bin, and not, I repeat NOT getting replaced until my 1st goal of 140, and tracking 5days a week. Word.
