Feeling good and full of energy. I have been slacking tremendously on my workouts and healthy eating. A lot probably had to do with the fact I was sick for a few days and that summer has been so busy. I am not meeting my shortterm goals. I don't feel as if I am trying the way I want to be or should be. Tomorrow will mark 3 weeks until school starts. I want to loss 5 lbs by then. I really have to buckle down and get back to what I was doing before. My ST has just gone out the window. I know what I am doing wrong and it is up to me to fix it. It is going to be hard to get back the motivation that I am losing, but I have fought back before and know I can do this again!
