30 Day Blog Challenge - Day 15 vegetarian/veganism

Are you vegan or vegetarian? If so, has this helped you lose weight? If not, would you ever consider turning vegan or vegetarian?
No I`m not vegan or vegetarian, but I guess I am part-time vegetarian/flextarian. I eat some chicken maybe once or twice a week.
I do love Indian vegetarian food, I find it very saitating to eat lots of legumes and vegetables. And the flavors are wonderful with the spices I don`t miss meat at all.
Also I eat alot of tofu as a meat replacement because it`s cheaper!! I can buy a block of tofu for 43 yen, compared to one chicken breast for 200 yen! I eat it soft tofu with salads or cold noodles, or freeze it and defrost to make it firmer for egg fried rice, stir fried noodles etc.
I also eat alot of eggs as a protein source.
So for taste, fullness and price keeping meat to a rare thing works for me!
