I have had a bad time in walking due to the high temperatures that we have been having. I have really slacked off walking, but now I am going to put my best foot forward to get back into the swing of things. I did some walking last week, and on the days it was too hot, I did exercises inside of the house. I am looking into doing more indoor exercises until the weather gets better for me to be able to go outside more. I also am feeling better because I had a 5 lb. weight loss this past week. YEA!!!
