My scale says i gained 2 lbs on my mini-trip. i did eat lots of good-for-me food, but also ate out. At the places we went healthy choices were non-existent.
So today it's back on track for me. 85 days left in the hundred day challenge, 24 more in the August challenge, and only 4 left in the summer 5% challenge.
Exercise for today; 60 minutes plus 5 minutes of cool down
Calories and other nutrients; most in range (i track alot of things so it's rare to have a perfect day with everything. )
Energy; only a 3 of 5.
Pain level; 3 of 10
