Just thought I would share my weekend experiences and also show you an app I found for my phone that I am planning to use to train for a 10k marathon (about 6 miles).

    Cool app. Love how technology aids us on our journey. Good luck with your 10K. When I go out to eat, I always check to see if they have half orders and if they do not, I ask for a doggie bag before my meal gets to the table. I then divide the food and take half home for another day. Portion control is great. Today is another day so emoticon . emoticon

    Good Luck! and positive energy with your goal of running a 10k or at least training to run one, just remember to stay consistent with your efforts. I also struggle with being okay with leaving food on my plate. It's amazing how the lessons ingrained into us as children can bite us in the butts as adults! Be proud of yourself for your steps forward
