Here we go, for the next 24 days I will give my all to stay consistant with blogging and making my life better.
It all started with my bestie Celine talking about this challange. She got amazing results, was full of motivation and spark. It took me 2 months to finally commit to it and here I am on day 1.
This challange consits of two phases.
The cleanse (day 1-10)
Max Pack Phase or Lean-In-13 Zig-Zag Program(11-23)
Day 24 is eat whatever you want and still take your vitamins.
I am not going to lie. I did a lot of research and a lot of thought went into getting into the program. The main reason though was seeing my friend get such amazing results. Celine and I are close, we are similar in character and both have struggled with eating healthy and sticking to the "good lifestyle" She has been super consistant and so energetic and I knew thats what I needed in my life.
Today is day 1. The cleanse started with a fiber drink. I was anticipating it to be super gross because of other people posting about it on google and whatnot. To be honest it wasnt bad at all, it did get a little thick but nothing you cant hadnle. What supprised me the most was how full I felt. The cool thing about this cleanse is that there is no starvation. In fact not eating is just as bad as cheating on your diet. I was expecting to be super hungy but I felt really full I had to MAKE myself eat.
I snacked on a banana, almonds and then came time for my shake.
The shake that comes with a program (I went with chocolate) was delish. I really enjoyed it. That is the only flavor I ordered and I think I will be just fine with that.
I took my measurments and I was not very happy. The truth is I have a new boyfriend and I have been lazy. He is lazy too haha. I have not been working out, I have been eating crap food and it shows and I can feel it.
I was 158 when I stepped on a scale... that is sad but I will get away from that number.
I am not worried about the scale as I am with the inches and how I look and feel. I feel like poop right now so I hope that improves with the weightloss. I want to feel like a sexy beast.

I NEED MY TUMMY TO SHRINK AND MY LEGS TO SHRINK. That's the biggest focus.
I am about to make some dinner which will be a massive stir fry of different veggies. I am looking forward to that. After which I will wait 30 min and head to the gym for a good, sexy workout :)
