Today has been a good day!

My major success of the day was making it to the gym before work (instead of after!). I feel really great! I feel mentally focused, and I feel good in my body.

Overall, I feel really great about committing myself to my health.

I've lost 4 more pounds, back to 50 pounds total weight loss.

This is my last week at work, and I'm looking forward to getting started on the new semester, and with my new schedule!

I wonder what I'll be able to accomplish!
