While I am sure that I waste time every day, I am having a hard time thinking of those ways right now. I think my biggest time waster is that I do not have a schedule/plan that I stick to and so I spend time coming up with a new plan for the day each day. I need to add more structure to my day. I also love looking up new exercises/recipies, etc. and tend to waste a lot of time doing that instead of actually cooking/eating the healthy meals. I'm sure I will think of more as the day progresses but for now I have other areas that need my time. I need to become more efficient in using SP as well so that it does not become a "time waster" instead of a helpful tool - but I am learning more about how to do this each day and soon I am sure I will be a pro at using all the built in shortcuts for the tracker, etc.
