Day 2 - Taking it day by day.

Taking it day by day. This morning I took out the scale and stepped on . . .nothing . .no loss, no gain, no reading - I mean nothing! Panic hit me. the batteries are dead. Was yesterdays weight correct? Am I suddenly going to jump 5 pounds with a fresh battery?! LOL silly? yes! true panic? oh yea! Thankfully the battery change did not drastically change my weight.

So I did not binge yesterday and my calories fell in the range. That is a great first step.

Today I already exercised - I did 20 minutes in 5 minutes increments. Couldn't do 20 straight I'd be passed out. But one day at a time. Soon I'll be doing 7 minutes at a time . . . then 10 . . . then 12 . . etc etc

Tonight at work I plan to pack a yogurt and a lot of water. Stay focused and away from the candy that I tend to binge on .

Ta da that's all folks - following my SparkCoach instructions and moving ahead!

BTW how cool is the scanner for the phone app?! SWEET!
