That's my affirmation that I've been doing these past few days: I am losing weight and it's easy! Love it.
Things with the house seem to be coming together, but today and tomorrow are going to be very important days. I'm affirming that everything will go as planned and we'll still meet our deadlines, and I really hope that I'll get what I focus on!
It's technically a few days early to update on the past week, but since I have to work all day Wednesday, I went to my Spark Live meeting today, so I'll blog today.
Weekly Woo Hoo: I'm really proud of myself for the effort I've put into drinking water at work. We can't have drinking water anywhere near the hospital floor (which totally sucks), so you have to find a minute to step away, go in the back room, and drink it. Then go back to the floor to fill up the cup, where people see you and say "Hey! Come help me!". Arghhhhhhhhhhhhh. Its so beyond annoying. I can only get so many chances to step back there, right? So I've been chugging my entire 16oz cup every time, then filling it back up for my next water break. If I only go back there 4 times during the 12 hour day (which is pretty average), I can still get in my minimum amount of water!
Update on last week's goals:
1. Maintain weight - haven't weighed in yet - doing it in 2 days
2. Keep up daily journaling and affirmations - yes!! I did it all 7 days! Its becoming a habit!
3. Keep up the water intake: yup!
Goals for the coming week: I'll keep them the same.

Something is better than nothing, and everything else healthy that I do is just a BONUS!
