-Drink 8 glasses of water each day.

-Do cardio for 30 minutes 5 days.

-Do one 28 Day Bootcamp video each day.

-Eat under 1750 calories each day.

-Repeat a bootcamp video 3 days.

-Eat at least 3 serving of fruits and vegetables a day.

-Lose 2 pounds.
Current weight: 164.3

-Take the Wii Fit Body Test each day.

-Do the Wii Fit Weekly Challenge in the Wii Fit Plus SparkTeam.
