This past week has been kind of busy for me. I barely had time for any kind of exercise. I still managed to get my bootcamp video in and some cardio, along with the Rookie Running program. Hopefully, this week I'll learn from last week and make the most of my time. I know things will get even harder once school starts as well.
I've made somewhat healthy food choices. I almost always stay around my calorie goals. If I could just make more time to exercise and reach my calorie goals more often, I think I would see better results.
