So far so good.
Started the morning off with 2 catalsyt- and a Cherry Spark
Breakfast was the citrus fiber drink ( the flavor is ok, but that texture of fiber was rough) and a Chocolate mocha meal replacement shake
Snack 1 medium cucumber with a couple tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and 24 almonds
I've had 32 oz of water.
I started Turbo Fire/ Chalean Extreme Hybrid today too! Stretch 40 is done!
