agreed...this team is my fav too (thanks lynn)! and no worries about not responding all the time. if you did you'd be on here all day like me, ha ha. i'm thankful i have that time to give right now and i know others don't. so, no worries :) we love hearing about journey either way.

wow, that does look like a lot. i can't wait to fill my bag. i'm ganna do mine when i weigh in thursday. not sure what i'm ganna put in it since i don't have anything do donate. maybe i'll just go outside and pick a couple big rocks next to the road, lol.

and yes...there is def something wrong with canned foods so don't underplay that. there are so many that have no idea why they should be eating raw/non processed foods. the chemicals in the can alone are enough reason to not eat. k, just had to throw that :)

good luck this week and with your training session at the gym. let us know how that goes. have a great day!

Great Blog Alesha... I love to donate, and you can go to red cross with those food items. Also you can take it to the women shelter's. I'm a big fan of women shelters. That is the best place to go with those clothes and things you are trying to donate as well. Also, check into your coat drives, if you all do them there. And donate a few jackets if you and your hubby don't wear them anymore. I've donated a lot of coats and every child needs a coat in the winter. Oh! you can also ask your family and friends to pick items from their pantry they don't eat... It's a good thing to do, and it makes room for more....Your bag was loaded... WOW!
