Well during my vacation, I stopped logging my calories, went visiting, went to some restaurants, gained a few pounds and then lost them (because we came home I stopped going to restaurants and focussed on cooking healthy meals after the first week.)
It took me a week to get back into logging my food again. However, I am doing it now. My younger daughter is challenging me to step up my exercise program, so I guess that is next.
