I have been on track today - and will stay on track the rest of today!
I just picked up my gorgeous Max from the Vet - he has had his injections, check up, worming, etc. and has had a wash and a tidy up ... over $300 worth - but he is worth every penny, and is set to go to my son's house while we go away.

I cooked myself some quinoa at lunchtime - had it with some fish and beans - very nice. I just sprinkled some tuscan seasoning on it. I will investigate some other ways of having it. I know it is very good for you.
I created 2 spreadsheets today with Australian Dollars to Thai Baht and to Singapore Dollars. DH has taken them to be laminated - and we will hand these out to the others going with us.
DIL's sister did this when we went earlier this year. I took a leaf out of her book, and coloured some of the different cells to differentiate them. Very organised I am!
He is also getting my exercises laminated to take away - the one's from the exercise physiologist I went to last week - ready to do them in the pool in Thailand and then in the hydro therapy pool when I get back.
We go a week tomorrow - so I need to get myself ready. DH is getting our documents ready and I will scan them and save them into Google docs, so they are available wherever we are.
I have started a list of what I want to take - mostly what I took last time. My camera is on charge, and I am only taking the iPad this time - I took my Mac Book last time and it was great, but I now have an App that allows me to update on the iPad, so it will be lighter. The only thing I won't have is a DVD player - but we only used that once to look at a DVD we purchased at Phi Phi island. Not worth the extra weight - particularly as my hip is playing up. I have even purchased a fold up walking stick - just in case the leg and hip give out on me! The exercise physiologist thought it would be a good idea too!
