Kassie... OK!! Here's an idea ( I do this with myself) Make a deal with yourself if you don't workout (chair dancing, remember?? easy/fun/doable) for 10 min. then you "CANNOT" Vlog. I know you like to vlog so I'm using that as an example.. Be tough on yourself... YOU ARE IN CHARGE WOMAN!! I tell myself I can't "EAT", mind you, unless I get at least 20 min cardio or strength training done. Whether it's in the AM or PM... I just have to do it for me, my kids, my grandkids and family and friends.... I'm a good person (old??) but good and I need to stick around for a lot longer. (your SparkMom kinda) 1621 days ago
