Well, it seems I have fallen of the wagon the last few days and have not been tracking my food or exercising. To be honest, looking at my food log sometimes I wonder why I even keep track. Everyday is high fat and calorie. Ok, enough pity party for me. Tomorrow is a new day and I'm ready to go. Besides, this week is my virtual 5K and even though I'm sure I will be walking most of it I must do it!
