Getting back on track, again.

The past week has been drama-filled and stressful for me, my entire life was thrown completely out of whack. I won't dive into details, but my mother and I had a very big disagreement about something and I had to go stay with my sister and her fiance all week. I felt less in control of my eating times because I always ate dinner with them at whatever time they both got home from work so, my intermittent fasting wasn't really working out.

Today, we went shopping so my sister could look for her a dress to wear to the court house for her to get married in (and she found one) so, today was a bit off for eating schedule too. But we walked for 3 hours or more (At least, I put 3 hours in the tracker to be conservative) so, maybe that offset the eating pattern and overeating my calories for the day.

Tomorrow, I'm hoping I will be able to get everything back on track. However, I don't really have much food in the house at the moment so, I think I'll have to talk my mom into going grocery shopping, otherwise I'll be stuck eating watermelon for all my meals... not that I would mind that. 0:)
