Sorry I've been bad about updating, but it's the weekend, and that's just usually how it goes. The weekend is also usually a time of poor eating for me, but it definitely could have been worse.
I've decided that tomorrow is the Monday that I start a new change. I want to wake up every morning before work and do the 20 minute insanity abs. I'd also like to do an every other day of cardio/weight lifting routine during the week, with one or two rest days on the weekend (due to the fact that I'm always out of town).
I need to start officially training for my half marathon on Monday, Aug 27th, so I really need to get out there and get moving.
I don't have much to say today, but I'm going to do measurements/weigh in/etc. tomorrow so that I can do a Monday update with my weekly accomplishments.
