Making progress

I have finally lost enough weight to start really exercising and walking. Couldn't walk more than halfway to the end of the street without feeling like I was dying. Tonight I walked 1.25 miles. My goal is to go a little further each day.

Can't wait to get rid of this extra body I'm carrying around with me. emoticon I'm ready to enjoy life to the fullest.

I have decided that my reward for reaching my weight goal will be that Alaskan cruise I've been wanting to take. I'm going to start saving the money I used to spend on junk food and soft drinks. That should give me enough to take that cruise and probably several points around the world.

    Eee that's exciting! I think an Alaskan cruise would be so awesome, and I agree with Andrea, that is a great idea to use the money you would have spent on junk food/etc for a rewarding alternative! Keep that positive attitude, it's so great so see!!
