Today was a great day!!! I planned the my meals for the week. I made some protein bars as well as some crunchy falafel for my salads. Hubby and I planned our dinners too. I think I'm all set for another healthy week!
Today's plan - hum? Was it met?

7:15am - Shower

7:45am - 30 minute Belly Blast Off Workout DVD

9:00am - Breakfast (1 cup plain greek yogurt, 1/2 cup pineapple, 1/4 cup gluten free granola)

9:30am - 16 oz coffee while reading the paper

12:00pm - Lunch (3 eggs, 2 slices gluten free toast, 1 cup celery, 2 tbsp hummus, 8 oz orange juice)

2:00pm - short nap
4:30pm - Frozen Yogurt with Hubby

5:30pm - 30 minute walk with Hubby - 1.5 miles

6:30pm - Dinner (Corn Tortillas with 4 oz chicken breast, 1 cup peppers & onions, 2 tbsp adobe peppers, 12 oz light beer)

9:30pm - bed (I hope!!)

What does this prove to me? The weekends do not have to be impossible. I am not sure why but they are definitely harder however if I just stick to more of a plan, I can do it!
Tomorrow's plan:
6:00am - wake up and take a shower
6:15am - drink a cup of coffee
6:30am - bicycle for 30 minutes
8:00am - breakfast (3 scrambled eggs, 1/2 cup oats, 1 cup almond milk)
12:00pm - do a quick 15 minute workout
12:30pm - lunch (turkey & provolone sandwich with one pickle, 1/2 tbsp light mayo, one small tomato, 1/2 cup green beans, 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese, 1 cup celery)
5:30pm - yoga workout
6:30pm - dinner (tilapia, black beans, salad topped with falafel)
9:30pm - bed
