I keep telling myself just skip the high intensity class and workout later more relaxed and then I envision myself next summer the same way I am now and that makes me get up and get dressed ready to go. I rather have someone telling me what to do than going by myself and not challenging myself as much wow my thoughts really have changed now I need to be open to more foods and avocado recipes. Ok I just finished my high intensity workouts and omg I thought I could do it no problem but it was really hard. I thought my stamina was pretty good but the workouts this morning really took the wind out of me. I'm glad to find challenges because I don't want to be in a workout rut and not have my body change at all. The most challenging part of the class was triceps dips and overhead lifts. The sets were 3, 4, 5 each and I never knew how weak my arms were then again I never really focused on my arms just cardio. I guess the next plan is to strength train at least twice a week for starters
