Progress week one of August completed

I continue to unpack my bedroom and I have reclaimed a tons of clothings. So many with tags and I will be quite stylish and dressed for the new job. I have been working on getting prepared for work, eating more fruits and veggies and losing weight. Exercise has been pretty good this week, daily walking and bending lots due to all the unpacking. My food has been great, my sister's friend gave me fresh tomatoes and they have been good. I had cucumber so it was a nice mixture.
I had been problems with my voice, but after breathing on an airflow vent, it has greatly improved, but will review with the doctor. This caused me to missing water aerobics because I was afraid I would not be strong enough to pull myself out of the pool. I think the severe weather here, the hot jacuzzi and the cold pool was a bit much. I am going tomorrow (water aerobics) since the temperature has dropped. I know I need to do some breathing before I go to the pool and when I come home.
Tomorrow is my weigh in date, but I few good about it.

  I liked your entry for several reasons: You struggle with some health issues, but you are planning and monitoring so you will be able to continue to exercise.
And you are very positive. That attitude takes us a long way, and puts distance between us and the excuses we might otherwise be tempted to use. Good for you! Thank you for helping me by posting!
