Getting back into routine

This past week has been spent getting back into a routine for me. I have learned a vary valuable lesson, when my life changes I get off track.
At the beginning of June I moved from MI to AL. I also moved in with roommates after living on my own for quite some time. This definitely was a huge change in my life. I started out okay trying to get exercise in every day, continue my with my eating habits and making time for myself. Then it stopped.
I can blame it on the schedule of my roommates (one of which is my boyfriend); that they are night owls, but in reality is always my choice. I made the choice to fall into their unhealthy eating habits (eating out, eating out of boxes & cans, high sugar foods, etc), unhealthy sleep patterns and began to ignore the much needed "me time."
This past week I have really focused on me, my values and how I want to live my life. I have made the decision to reset my schedule and routine to something that I feel comfortable with.
I am back on my exercise streak, starting with a basic 10 minutes a day which usually turns into more. I am back to getting my 9+ cups of water a day. I am back to spending at least 30 minutes a day on myself and my goals.
I made the choice that I am going eat the way I want to and if the others want some that is fine, but I am tired of feeling guilty every time I eat. I also have been feeling sluggish and have been having intestinal issues, both of which are due to my nutrition.
I have even gotten back into my card making. This is something I haven't really done a ton of for the last couple of years. It is so relaxing, I can't believe I stopped.
As many of you may know, my passion is helping others along their journey. I have had a huge bout of feeling guilty because I was neglecting myself, which is something I help others avoid doing. I am putting my own words into practice and finding that they really do help. I think I should start listening to myself more often. :)
