Had fun with the kids today doing a little back to school shopping. I love this time of year! Fall is coming and structure will be back in my life :) I love schedules and that does make tracking eating etc, easier. I have gotten a little routine so far, but with school in and the kids home on school nights, it will be easier to plan appropriate dinners. I have no doubt that I will eat well, but the kids, because of their work schedules and plans have not been eating all that great. It is much easier to go the fast food route and we live at the shore, so boardwalk food is so easily available.
