This is the first blog I've written.
I only need to lose 10 to 15 lbs.(depending on what I weigh on any certain day). I'm just having such a hard time losing it!
I was doing pretty good until this past Friday. I don't like to use excuses but it was the 5th Anniversary of my son's death. I KNOW I'm an emotional eater. I didn't do bad that day but my choices were definitely a little off...I needed some comfort food.
I usually exercise faithfully Monday thru Thursday. I don't know if it's just a little busier Fri. thru Sun. or what, but I don't exercise routinely (although I think I will) on those days. My 'fix' to this is to exercise right after breakfast on those days if possible, to make sure I get it in.
Glad to have It really seems to help and is a way for me to try to stay more focused on my weight loss.
Rome wasn't built in a day! emoticon

    So sorry for your loss, I think it is understandable that you had a "bad" day on the anniversary of such a huge loss.
SP is a wonderful source of motivation and I think you will find it beneficial in your health journey.
