The Rock It challenge this week is to take the stairs and do yoga 2 x 30. I always take the stairs, but rarely go into the office anymore! But as I increase my water intake, I'll be making more trips to the upstairs bathroom at home. I call that goal synergy!

I did a 30 minute (7 mile) bike ride this morning. It's grocery shopping day, so we usually go to Denny's or Applebee's. I'm going to eat before I leave and get a salad without all the fixings. I would normally get a bacon avocado burrito with crispy hashbrowns. I might indulge in half the burrito in a few weeks if I see some progress. But I think weekly is too frequent for an occasional indulgence. Besides, that's alot of freggies I'm substituting off my plan!

Night time eating is still a challenge. When I'm ready to fix it, I know the answer is going to be to turn off the darned TV! I'll give it a try tonight though. I have nothing to gain and a list as long as my arm of things to gain.

    I'm sad about this week's challenge. There are no stairs in my life at all. Absolutely none. I live in an area were an upstairs floor is a bad thing. It's so hot here and hot air rises, so it costs so much more to heat an upstairs, and there are no basements because of extreme droughts alternating with floods. I could use the stair machine at the gym except I'm not cleared to do leg exercises yet. So I'm taking a zero this week. Ironically, if this challenge was last week, I'd be doing great! I was at my in-laws' house in Wisconsin and they had three sets of stairs in their house, lol!!!
