Back about a month or so ago, when I spun the Bonus Wheel, I was awarded the above-referenced workout DVD. I didn't think anything of it--wasn't even sure if I'd GET it (sorry for doubting, SP!)--and then *plunk*, it came in the mail two days ago.
Today was the first time I popped it into my DVD player and gave it a shot. I did Walk It Out and Jump Rope, and whoa! While the former workout was gentler than the latter, both got my heart pumping and sweat pouring down my body. It was great! I'm definitely excited to try out the other segments this week, and once I've tried them all, I'm going to leave a review for the DVD on Amazon.com.
Also: after working out with the DVD, I've realized that I really need to incorporate cool-downs into my routine when I exercise on my own. I don't know why I have a mental block against it, because I always do warm-ups!
