Well my running has been off for the past two weeks. I hope I can get back on track here soon. Last Thursday, I ran 6.5ish miles and ended up getting a bad shin splint on one of my legs. Rather than run through the pain, I have opted to rest until tomorrow. It definitely feels better, but I am rather afraid of shin splints, when I was in high school I got them pretty bad in which I think I had stress fractures. I would much rather be able to run my marathon, than be upset about a set back with miles and training. In other exciting things, I watched sick fat and nearly dead, the movie about juicing and I think I have my hubs inspired to do it. He has really gone off the deep end in junk and being really unhealthy so I'm happy he's inspired. I also want to take the reboot challenge once we get a juicer. I have had green goodnesses and monsters which I love, and I can't wait to make my own and to save money on them.
Anyways, I hope to ease my miles back up this week and get things to where they need to be. I'm supposed to be at 3-7-4-13, but I'll probably try 3-6-4-10
