I did good this last week. I went to Zumba all week (classes are mon-thur). My house is clean. And after looking at my food logs on here I have decided to go ahead and follow the SP meal plan. I just simplified to make it easier to follow. I've bought all the stuff I need to follow the meal plan - I want to make and freeze a big batch - I just keep not finding the time to actually cook it.
So . . . Tomorrow I will cook and freeze the food for my dinners and lunches so that I can follow the SP meal plan.
I also will *try* to get up early to start my day right (gardening and quiet breakfast before the kids wake up). I haven't been able to do that in a couple months, but tomorrow I have a yummy SP breakfast to wake up to. And yummy SP meals to cook.
I am at work right now, and because I never made those meals I don't know what I'm having for lunch. Yesterday's lunch was literally the bunch of 6 bananas I brought from home. I didn't bring anything today. It would be so much better to have this stuff taken care of.
Tomorrow is back to zumba, and I'll be taken my neighbor's 11 year old with me to show her how much fun exercising can be!
