My goals for this week:
Eat within caloric range
Continue eating freggies every day
Premeasure/prepackage food where I can- cut up pineapple, cottage cheese into a personal size container, carrots for snacking, etc.
A daily, morning walk.
Cardio 3x weekly- this week's choices are either powerwalking, biking, or Wii.
Spiritual: journaling and Time Alone With God
I commit to using spark coach until the two weeks period ends.
I commit to increasing my activity levels every day, above and beyond
FREE DAY: WEDNESDAY- my day to recharge after working a 12 hr shift and heading into a new five day work week.
