Pizza #13---A CLASSIC

I've been creating a new pizza every week for the last 12 weeks and tonight we just wanted a classic pizza, like you can get out in the world, all saucy and salty.
So here it is---a whole wheat crust with marinara sauce, Daiya mozzarella w/ a bit of Daiya cheddar, peppers, onions, tomato, garlic and basil. Man, it was so fine---we could've eaten it all, but didn't!

    OMG! That looks so good. I rarely eat pizza anymore because of the high fat content. My splurge is a veggie take and bake with no cheese. "What? Did you say "no cheese?", says the cashier when I place my order. "How can you eat pizza with no cheese?" haha. My son-in-law, who thought he'd never change his eating habits actually orders this for himself now. He tells me I am a bad influence

    Marty, NEVER! I've had my stint cooking for the public and I'm afraid that cooking professionally can really suck the joy out of it for me. But I do miss cooking for people---I need to have more people over, and you did mention wanting a personal chef at one time, right?
