Hi Sparkfam! I just wanted to blog cause I see everyone is having such inspirational blogs. I mean, I have lost 2lbs this week & lost 3lbs last week so this thing is shaping up nicely. I do however need to get my workouts back on track. I have been kinda slow with my workouts but want to have the drive I had 6months ago. Yesterday I did have a hamburger & fries for lunch & then had grilled steak, salmon & potato & green beans. My hubs felt like grilling. He inquired about the steaks at Walmart because of the commercial but I don't do steak from them. I normally go to Jewel because I like their cuts of beef. They also had a slice of salmon that looked delectable. I got off early so I did my groceries yesterday. Came home put them away, then washed dishes. When he came through the door I seasoned the meat for grilling. I had a few packets of already put together seasonings. So after I put the olive oil on the meat, I seasoned it with one of the packets I had. Then I put on salt, pepper & soy sauce. On the salmon I put a terriyaki marinade with red pepper flakes. He was out there 20mins & came back with the steaks & salmon. Let me tell you fam, I felt like I was I was in a grade A eatery. I cooked the potato & green beans & dinner was served. It was phenomenal! That's what happens when we do it together. The enthusiasms is definitely there & I want to expand on that.
