Was at a rugby match last night and blew my calories. Have learnt a lesson and will try to get either a slow cooker meal when going out or have quick meal staples in the cupboard...Had to switch gym to tomorrow but not a real issue.

Starting to feel really tired as not being able to sleep properly due to the hot weather. Hopefully this will change soon, like summer but also like sleep!!
