Yesterday was the end of my first week on SparkPeople. I lost 9 pounds....WOW! It feels good to know that I can do this. Right now I'm very motivated to keep writing down everything I eat and drink. I know that the days will come when I feel discouraged but for right now I'm living in the moment and am very happy that a friend told me about SparkPeople!
