First Week

Yesterday was the end of my first week on SparkPeople. I lost 9 pounds....WOW! It feels good to know that I can do this. Right now I'm very motivated to keep writing down everything I eat and drink. I know that the days will come when I feel discouraged but for right now I'm living in the moment and am very happy that a friend told me about SparkPeople!

    Keep tracking everyday and soon it will become an automatic thing that you do. Every time you log onto SP, you'll want to track your food, your fitness, water, veggies, fruits, and whatever else it is you want to track. Those trackers really help me everyday.
