My last blog post was nearly five months ago and six weeks ago I had the final "ah-ha" I needed. After jumping from one thing to another in search of the 'workout I will love', I realized something that has changed everything. It isn't that I hate running, or swimming, or workout DVDs, or dancing. Nope. I hate physical exertion. Period. Unless they make an effective workout where you don't have to actually work, I will never find something that I love.
Now, I know that might sound depressing and perhaps like I am giving up, but it is actually the contrary. I found it freeing. I didn't HAVE to like working out, I just needed to find something that works and that I can fit into my day easily. Since that, I completed 6 weeks of 30DS and am starting Ripped in 30 tomorrow.
