Weekend challenge

The weekends are very challenging for me. I always get completely off track and let down on everything. So...I'm making my goal this weekend to keep tracking my nutrition and fitness. I hope that will keep me focused on what I need to do EVERY day, not just on week days.

    You can do it Lisa, tracking is difficult at first, but like any skill, it gets easier with time. Keep it up!
