I have been following my new eating plan for the last 15 days and in keeping w/ my goal, I will get a massage after completing 30 days of tracking and not snacking between my meals. So yesterday I received a temptation challenge of free soda, popcorn and cotton candy. I love the popcorn and decided I was going to have some because that really wouldn’t hurt my calories for the day. Then I started thinking of my massage and realized that it would undo the last 15 days and I would have to start over at day 1. Changed my mind at that moment and left without anything.
My weight has been pretty stable now, decreasing slowly. I haven’t been doing much for exercise lately as I wanted to concentrate on one thing at a time. Now I think it is time to start my exercise plan. I really liked doing my exercises in the am, however I work much earlier now so not sure how that will work. I think I will try doing 20 minutes on the treadmill on the mornings I work and go from there.
