School starts Monday and I'm trying to decide when to work out. Mornings would work better for the family schedule but I struggle with getting up early. I'm considering joining a condition program that meets 6 day/week from 6-7 for 10 weeks. It has ST, cardio and nutrition counseling. I struggle with committing to a consistent routine of exercise AND eating so maybe this would help with accountability.
Yesterday, my family rode 25 miles on a beautiful paved bike trail. That has to count for something :)
