Day 198: I Need Some Pep!

LOL! I AM TIRED! We had a nice time last night but I went a little nutty drinking too much Nut Brown Ale and of course my internal clock still went off at 5:30am, so I am pooped. I AM STILL GOING TO ZUMBA though. Today is my favorite instructor so I don't want to miss it. Maybe I can fit a nap in somewhere today. I'm not a great nap taker but I'm always willing to try. :) We also have Jacob's soccer practice and then we're going down to my moms. I would love to do just a touch of treadmill today too but I don't want to push it. We'll see. Maybe if I get that nap in. :)
I JUST REALIZED TOMORROW IS D DAY!! Poop! I am 1.4 up from my goal. If I would have realized I wouldn't have had chips and hummus and salsa for dinner!! Errr.. Oh well. Shake it off! Last month I was a couple of days behind too. I WILL GET THERE THIS WEEK!!!

TODAY I WILL PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT GOES INTO MY BODY!!
TODAY I WILL ZUMBA!!!
TODAY I WILL VISUALIZE 145!!! I WILL GET THERE!! I feel like I have little tiny picketors inside me yelling, "No More Muffin Top! No More Muffin Top!" lol! So today and tomorrow and the next day, and the day after that, I will work towards that!! No More Muffin Top!! YAY!! LOL!!!
