Okay, so it's been a little longer than 2 weeks since I've come back, but just for the sake of this blog, I'm talking about my second week's weigh in. I lost 12 pounds last week so I wasn't expecting much this week. I actually weighed myself about half way into the week and I had gained 2 pounds. Whatever, I know your weight fluctuates throughout the day so it didn't really bother me too much. At the end of the week, I had lost an additional 2 pounds. Just as I expected... that really puts me right on track for the expected weight loss that the program is shooting for! I call it another good week... and I'm still a vegetarian! I need to squeeze in a few more workouts, but I'm very happy with the results so far... I hope you are all right on track too. Keep pushing!
