30 Day Blog Challenge - Day 14 UGW

What`s your UGW? When do you expect to reach it.

My ultimate goal weight is 65kg (143lbs). It is a bit of a random number picked from the middle of my BMI. I did have 70kg as my target, but when I reached 82kg I thought I could probably reach a bit lower. But honestly I have no idea what my UGW will be, I`ve never been anywhere near it in my life, so I`ll see how i feel when I get closer.

When do I expect to achieve it? Uhhhhhh well according to spark it will be the end of the year but I am yo-yoing around the mid 90s so I`m way behind that! If I can pull myself together, and keep on track maybe by next summer I could realistically be at goal.

    Slow weight loss is easier to maintain. It sounds like you have realistic expectations.
    That is so important. It's not just about a number on the scale. Being healthy, feeling better, having energy are REALLY important too.
