My testosterone has dropped into the normal range.

I have to say that, because today that image of me at a healthy weight is slipping away from my mind.

Shin splints, can do anything that I wanted to do.

I've been burning calories like crazy, but my weight has been going up.

I know it's just weight fluctuations, so I'll remind myself,

My testosterone has gone down into the normal range,

So I know I'm making progress.

    well congrats on the testosterone level! You can find something, arm weights, situps, don't give up!

    That is a good thing - the weight is secondary. I know that's hard to swallow, believe me. But good numbers are always good.

Sorry about the shin splints - btdt, too. Do you have anywhere you can swim and/or run in water? What about biking or yoga? Can you get a sports massage (or any massage)?
