My but it's been a long day today. Started out with going to breakfast (oatmeal with cinnamon, egg beater, salsa and a tiny bit of shredded cheese on top). From there we went shopping again - - another chance for me to walk around Walmart for exercise as well. We came home, I rested up and had a light lunch and then went for a perm which I needed badly. That always shoots the better part of an afternoon. Shortly after I got home, we out to Tony Romas of all places for my husband's birthday of all places for me to go. After inputting my nutrition for the meal when I got home I realized I should no way have had a half-rack of ribs by calorie count. Never realized how much calories are in a half rack!! WOW!!! Was I ever surprized!!! The baked potato was small and I had broccoli with it along with a BIG glass of water. Yes, I had a small piece of their bread also.

Needless to say, I'm sure that will be the last time I go to Tony Roma's for dinner no matter whose birthday it is - - not even for mine!!! "Goodbye Tony Roma"!!!!!!

When we got back home we took the puppies for a 40-minute walk which probably should have been a 40-mile walk instead. Both my feet, ankles, and knees are sore and swollen

Now, I'm having a Slim Fast before I go to bed as my snack.

    I am salivating! But no birthday cake?! Good idea to walk around Walmart, although I'd have to take no $$$. Ha! Have a great Sunday! emoticon
