It's been really rainy here all afternoon. I'm glad I went for a walk today at work. I used one of the treadmills there. I'm going to try doing that so I get it done before I get home. That way I can't argue myself out of it. Did some errands on my way home. Do people get Crazier when it rains. Traffic was crazy and this is Burlington, VT. Anyways went to the Farmer's Market I was surprise it was still on, and got some homemade bread Whole wheat. And some veggie lasagna. Oh boy ws that good. Also had a tasty salad with it. Got most of my goals done today, and yestarday, and even stayed within my calorie range yestarday woo hoo.

My goals for Saturday are:
15 minutes of wriitng
15 minutes of read to learn
15 minutes of strength training
15 minutes of housework
30 minutes of cardio: Swimming
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 calories
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my calories, and exercise.

    I like your picture of the couch potato. You don't sound like one in your blog. Perhaps that is a potato watching the olympics. Good goal setting too.
