Today I felt tired and unmotivated to do much. I had to make myself function because I had to take my kids to an appointment. I spent most of my day sitting around and eating. I probably gained at least a pound today. I am bipolar and am on medication. I didn't take my medication today because I had a blood test and had to fast for it. I will start taking my meds tomorrow again.
